Rizzle Kicks, Skints, Mouthwash: Brilliant! Will check the others out, bar Vampire Weekend.

Anybody else fans of Pulled Apart By Horses? They match King Blues for their live act - so sick!

Really getting into an American folk band called Good Old War at the moment, they're quick to become one of my favourite bands. They're folk but with a catchy pop vibe, almost like an acoustic version of New Found Glory or blink-182. I'm not sure if they'll be for anyone here (I have quite an odd variety in my music taste) but check them out. I suggest listening to My Own Sinking Ship, Making My Life, Looking For Shelter and Just Another Day on their Myspace music player to get the gist of their sound - http://www.myspace.com/goodoldwar

I've just discovered a band called Louden Swain. They're from the States, and their singer is actor Rob Benedict (if anyone has seen anything with him in). They make me feel quite summery. They have a load of songs streaming on their website, so check it;

I've seen them play several times in bury st Edmunds they come from around there I think. Mouthwash is a give people there brilliant. I like this kind of Indy band called british sea power, duno if you will like them but they have great songs like whoes in control and Larsen b. There another good band that get the message across with there lyrics. For example a line from who's in control "I wish protesting was sexy on a saturday night"

Rude City Riot are SO good and no-ones heard of them
Vice Like Grip supported The King Blues in Hastings and they're great
Off With Their Heads, Goldfinger, Cerebral Ballzy, Hyro Da Hero, Lowkey/Mongrel, Heaven's Basement - all good.
Find what ever makes you happy - and do it twice.
